A Look At The Latest Happenings In Lahore Motorway City

Lahore Motorway City is a well-known housing society that is located right on the motorway. There are few rumors about the society that its prices are increasing gradually and on a continuous basis from past several years.

Development State:
Sheikh Umer Farooq, an experienced realtor elaborated the state of society in detail. The project is fully developed except U block, S block and T-prime block. The development work on water connections and sewerage system has been completed and fully accomplished with electric wiring. But there is no availability of Sui Gas over there.
Gas availability is the main issue which is available in nearby housing societies. So, to resolve this issue society is working on constructing 800 houses in S block. Whenever these houses will be complete, the requirements of Sui Gas will be met.

S Block is mostly developed and possession is available. And B Block has been 50-60% completed. Similarly, T-prime Block has been 70-80% completed.

Farooq explained that Lahore Motorway Housing Society has been deeply focusing on the development of its commercial area. This is because the society has a goal to attract buyers towards its residential plots. And the more development of its residential plots will make the genuine buyers more interested towards buying plots. Now the main focus of the society is to develop the LMC plaza which will be the prime location of the society after its completion. Block P has its own commercial area while S Block homes contain 2 commercial areas; one is of 100-feet road and the other is of the 70-feet road.
Interest of Society:
Farooq has mentioned that the prices are not ballooned up as it usually happens when the investors show their interest. Due to this, the short-term investment has gotten a quick attention. According to Farooq, 80% of the genuine buyers belong to Lahore. He believes that prices of plots near the city center have gone as high as PKR 1-1.2 million but prices of 5 Marla plots are as low as PKR 1.2 million in the Lahore Motorway City.
Options:
According to Farooq, it is the only commercial property in a society which is most profitable to the investors. He believes that investors have to gain a handsome return on investment from renting out their property rather than selling the plots. According to his opinion, the commercial property would remain a better investment technique in LMC till the establishment of commercial area.
The profit on commercial property will be several times greater than those of residential property. It has forecasted on the basis of some past trends of the society and are expected to continue.
