Quetta has suffered a lot as a result of complicated circumstances that have affected the whole of Balochistan. Thus, Quetta real estate has never been able to fulfill the potential it possesses being a provincial capital.
Quetta's real estate market has not advanced much even when the real estate trends have changed nationwide. The previous year, it has been the militancy and the issue of Afghan immigrants which have been the reason behind market's slow progress.
However, if you plan on buying a home there or making an investment in Quetta real estate, following are the areas that should be on top of your priority list.

Zarghoon Housing Scheme:
Probably the most well-planned society in Quetta - still it has its own issues. It has seen great development over years, and people have made purchases here on installments too. The roads are well maintained - something that separates it from other private projects in Quetta. Hospitals, educational institutes, and parks are well-planned and completed.
However, the ownership hasn't been granted anywhere in the scheme. It must be noticed that it was to be initially granted in 2014. Therefore, there hasn't been much development either. The plots are being traded on the asking premium, which is extremely unstable, sometimes going practically as high as PKR 1.3 million, to going as low as PKR 400,000. The fact that the profits vary between various plot sizes as well. If anybody is planning to invest in Quetta real estate, this will be the society they should watch out for.
Garden Town:
Situated on Chashma Achozai Road, it is adjacent to Chiltan Housing Scheme. The development is underway, ownership has been granted, and a handful of homes has already been built. Also, the society has power and gas and the roads have seen a lot of work, however, they aren't carpeted yet. Sewerage and water systems haven't been totally developed either. As a result, the development of houses isn't much progressive either.
Garden Town has been divided into five blocks from A to E. It offers 2,160, 2,700 and 3,600 sq. ft. plots while the costs go from PKR 800 for every sq. ft. to PKR 1,400 for every sq. ft.
Quetta Avenue:
Quetta Avenue recently saw a huge boost in popularity after Pishin Bus Stop was set up near Jabal e Noor. Quetta Avenue is located near Spinny Road close to Pak-Turk School and College. In addition, the development has started and the roads are set to be 40-and 80-feet wide however the work on roads isn't even halfway yet.
While the society has power, it doesn't have gas. Also, there aren't any plans for water and sewerage either. So, even when the ownership is available, there hasn't been much development here.
So, these are top three places to live in the beautiful city of Quetta. If you have any queries about the projects or have any feedback to give on the article, shoot it in the comment section down below!
