Shortage Of Water Supply:
The availability of water in the society is very low. When the society was less populated, there was no issue of water but now, due to increasing population, the issue of water is there. This is the most serious problem, especially in summer.
Substantial Load Shedding:
Load shedding is a serious issue in virtually all the areas of Pakistan but PWD is a prey of this huge issue for many hours. The residents of this society are facing these issues and grumble that the developers should take some serious steps.
Security Issue:
There are many problems in society that the residents are facing and one of the major issues is the lack of security. The security should be strong and high-alert. There should be cameras in the whole society and security personnel should be there in every corner.
Poorly Planned Infrastructure:
There is a very poor infrastructure condition in the whole society. You can see everywhere damaged roads and random infrastructure. Despite the fact that the society is situated on hill area, still, a lot of work could be planned and performed. There is no recreational spots and parks.
This housing society is not even safe as there is no proper way of wiring and all the poles have open electrification. Everyone is focusing on developing their personal business such as school, hospital, and salon in the house which leads to more security vulnerability.
Price Trends:
In spite of all the serious issues, the society is offering an approved investment opportunity. The price for 1 Kanal plot has increased by 33% and the reason behind this is that the demand for 1 Kanal plots is very high.
All these prices are according to some estimates.
- 5-Marla: PKR 45 lac in 2015 and 52 lacs currently which shows a percentage change of 16%.
- 10-Marla: PKR 74 lac in 2015 and increased to 80 lac in 2017 which is showing percentage change of 8%.
- 1 Kanal: PKR 90 lac in 2015 and increased up to 120 lac in 2017 that is representing an increase of 33%.
Conclusion:
There is no problem in this world that cannot be solved. The developers and residents, both are trying to resolve this issue and putting forward their issues to Government bodies. All we can say is just to hope for the best.
