India Invites The Extremism With Its Stubborn Attitude in Kashmir: PM Imran Khan

MUZAFFARABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan requested on Friday the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), who wanted to go across the Control Line (LoC) to help their oppressed brothers on the Indian side, and to wait until his next call and until they took the case of Kashmiri at the forthcoming session of the UN General Assembly in New York.

“Many of you want to cross the LoC, but wait till I ask you to move forward and until I tell the world the horrific story of oppression in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK),”

At a rally of thousands at the Khurshid Hassan Khurshid Stadium in the capital of the AJK, the Premier said.

There have been a large number of highly respected celebrities from sports and media were presented including AJK Prime Minister Haider, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Kashmir Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, Defense Minister Pervaiz Khattak, Prime Minister's Special Assistant on Information and broadcasting Firdous Ashiq Awan, and PTI AJK Prime Minister Barrister Sultan Mehmood.

The attendees enthusiastically replied to their Kashmiri brothers on the other side of the LOC by raising slogans as the Prime Minister expressed his enthusiasm for crossing the ceasefire line.

On the 40th day of their occupation, the gathering invited individuals of all walks of life to convey support for IOK's individuals at PM Imran's invitation.

“Kashmir has become a human issue where men, women, elderly and even children are suffering at the hands of Indian occupation forces all the time,” he said.

The Premier advised the international community that, should the problem of Kashmir remain untouched, it would have a negative effect on the whole world.

He said that Kashmir's settlement of the conflict relies on implementing measures of the United Nations Security Council which allowed the Kashmiris to choose their fate by a plebiscite.

Pakistan, he said, would acknowledge the Kashmiris decision and stand with them in any way. Imran said Modi's Bharatiya Janata Party's extreme attitudes cannot suppress the voice of Kashmiri Muslims whose bravery was above the fear of being killed.

“A Muslim is never afraid of death and fights till the last breath,”

He said that the resilience of the Kashmiri would be the final nail in the coffin of Indian authoritarian government policies. He said that endless atrocities forced the Kashmiri teens into radicalization, warning the international community to stop violence in India.

“The Kashmiris are fighting the life of humiliation, abuse and disgrace at the hands of Indian security forces, and are justified in waging an indigenous struggle for freedom,” he said.

The Prime Minister said that the attempts of the Government of Pakistan have brought the Kashmir problem to the attention of international organizations, including the United Nations, the Organization for Islamic Cooperation and other human rights watch groups.

In a message to President Donald Trump, four US Senators have also written about IOK of the ongoing curfews and human rights violations. Since then, IOK authorities have detained almost 4,000 individuals, government figures seen by Reuters.

“I want to tell India that, by detaining thousands of people, you are pushing people into extremism,” he said. “People will rise against India, and it is not just about Indian Muslims, there are 1.25 billion Muslims around the world. They all are watching this.”
