Bahria Nasheman is an auspicious project by Bahria Town, though it is relatively small from its other projects.  According to Hafiz Mohammad Shoaib, the co-worker of MD Real Estate Consultants, in 2011, all the necessary development was completed and possessions were also granted to people. According to Hafiz Muhammad Shoaib, the society is divided into three blocks and offers 110 plots, sized 5-marla to 8-marla. Sunflower and Iris block contain 5-marla block, however, sunflower block has around 30 to 35 8-marla plots along the main boulevard.

There’s another block which is known as Zinnia block and this block contains only 8-marla plots. Almost 300 houses have been already constructed there out of 1100 plots, while approximately 50 houses are still being constructed at this time.

It is located near Ferozepur Road and it is a 30 minutes drive from Ferozepur road to Kalma Chowk and then Model Town to DHA, Lahore. It is also connected to the Multan Road. According to M. Waseem Khan (CEO of Estates 92), all the issues that the society is facing right now because of its location will alleviate after the construction of Ring Road.

Amenities:

Bahria Nasheman offers various amenities. According to Muhammad Shoaib, parks have been already developed in the society. The society has acquired all the basic facilities like; water connections, electricity and gas. Even the sewerage is also working perfectly there. Another promised feature was the Grand Mosque which was also developed back in 2011.

Muhammad Shoaib explained that the development in the commercial area of the project has also started and a mart has been opened there as well. It’ll require a little bit time before the area starts to develop completely. The commercial area is expected to develop into a good one as more people move to this society.

Hospital and an international standard school is another promised feature by the developers and according to Muhammad Shoaib, the land has been already allotted to the school, although no construction has begun yet. The hospital is going to be quite small as compared to other hospitals but will have enough space to carter people of such small society. Also, the developers have promised that the hospital will have all the necessary modern facilities.

The activity in the Bharia Nasheman has slowed down due to the slump in the market however it’s still hoped by Muhammad Shoaib that after the completion of Lahore Ring Road, the prices of the plots will increase. At this time, there are some affordable options for small families who are looking for a home for their better future. He’s very much hopeful that the society will see a massive number of people within three to four years. By that time, the society will be offering a lot of features and amenities that were promised to its residents.
