The property prices have been stable form last six months in the whole city. Shahzad said that whenever the real estate sector of Faisalabad and Wapda city is concerned, all the prices will go up in the long term.

Firstly, the Faisalabad industry is under the striking stage and after its recovery, there is a hope that the demand for property from investors will increase. Shahzad believes that when the special industrial zone FIEDMC is industrialized, the prices in whole Wapda town will shoot up.
