Mardan: Seven illegal residential schemes were closed by the appropriate officials in the crackdown, a media source revealed. It was conducted at Mardan Commissioner Mutahir Zaib Khan's immediate order.

In fact, formal notification has been given to the promoters of 40 such companies as opening up seven residential projects which were run without a valid no objection certificate (NOC). Sources showed that a total of 53 illegal housing schemes had been recognized in the department by the agencies involved.

 

The Commissioner has advised individuals not to invest in housing projects that operate without a NOC. He also has the scheme to turn Mardan into a more clean, greener and organized city. To this end, the city is liberated from incursions and additional turn arounds on highways.

 

Furthermore, the Commissioner chose not to channel sewage water into ponds and rivers. The manager advised his employees to set up parks along the way to guarantee that the property along the railway track did not become a place of dumping.
