Islamabad Expressway (Gulberg To Rawat) Approved
Islamabad: The Gulberg Islamabad Expressway was approved towards Rawat. The expansion of the Islamabad Expressway from Gulberg Islamabad to Rawat will, therefore, begin once again. The expansion is approximately 13 km long.
Over a quarter million people live in Zone V of Islamabad. The Islamabad Expressway transports hundreds of thousands of vehicles every day from Rawat to and from the city of Islamabad. As a major route, there will be a broader route to the traffic between Zero and Rawat on the (GT) road, which links Zero Point in Islamabad to Rawat.
The Islamabad Expressway is located on either side of popular housing companies including Defense Housing, Bahria City, Gulberg Islamabad, Naval Anchorage and PWD. The long-awaited extension to a five-lane, non-traffic corridor on the Islamabad Expressway will help millions of people travel and improve the circulation flow. Once the expansion is complete, the travel time of the residents of nearby housing companies will be substantially reduced.
Islamabad Expressway is part of Islamabad's master plan. In order to identify priority areas for development and further planning, the federal government examined the Master Plan. When development work accelerates, the game will increase enormously for investors and buyers on both sides of the Islamabad Expressway, respectively, to the housing companies. This will rapidly increase the volume of real estate investment.
