PECHS (Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society) Islamabad

Islamabad has extent up to a very large scale which is providing high business opportunities to the residents due to the luxuries development of the state, rates of property are much higher than a middle-class family found it hard to buy a home in this city. To resolve this issue a society named Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society (PECHS) is developed for the ease of a common man with low and fixed income to provide them a reasonable lifestyle in this city. Few senior Government officers who are the developers of this society are working to develop the different areas of Islamabad.

PECHS is an old housing scheme in Islamabad. However, the launch of Islamabad International Airport and the expansion of Islamabad towards Zone II has attracted the target of the public, so that they can buy the house according to their requirements in low range. It is among the few housing schemes in the area that are located very near to the new airport, and as compared to others, its prices are significantly lower.

PECHS Islamabad lies at the distance of 25 Kilometer from the zero points and 30 minutes away from Kashmir Highway.

All the basic amenities are available here including water, Gas, and electricity. This housing scheme is very old and development was very slow but from the last few years, now due to the development of K and M block, it becomes popular. Few commercial areas are also developed in society.

 

Prices:

The newly established blocks in society M block & K block where Block K has two extensions as well (K1 and K2). The mentioned newly constructed blocks of PECHS is a few minutes away from the New Islamabad International Airport that is under construction. Prices are expected to increase here, after development but still, prices are low because of the slow construction plan. However, before the project achieves its true potential there are several factors that will have to be aligned correctly, prices are almost double now in its surroundings. But it will truly integrate with the construction.

The booking of the plots is now open for the interested visitors that is available on both cash payment and installment plan.

The most prime factor regarding price increment is the expected road link to Kashmir Highway through Mumtaz City but there is no concrete information that when this link will establish.

Meanwhile, it has established an ethical name of providing quality residential facilities to the residents in the past few times. A number of families reside there in comfortable and stress-free environment.

It is ideal to invest in the society because the prices are getting drastically high in the future, after the development of Islamabad Airport. It will be a chance for interested investors to double their profit. If you are looking to invest in this scheme, it will not be a wrong decision.
