The beautiful city of Peshawar which is the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and one of the biggest trading centers in the country. Regi Model Town is situated opposite to  Hayatabad, where Jamrood Road separates the two, yet the public doesn't yet have a passage from here. Regi Model Town's primary access route is Nasir Bagh Road, where it has a passage point. A similar route heads to DHA's fundamental passageway. Regi Model town has divided into five zones each zone has different locations to each other, but they are in the same vicinity of the whole housing society.

Zone 1: It is situated on Jamrood road which is very far away from the current main entrance of the society which is from Nasir Bagh Road. 

Zone 2: It is located within the closeness of Jamrood road - a better location than the Zone 1

Zone 3: It is located on the Nasir Bagh Road which is also an entrance to the housing scheme

Zone 4: Similarly, like Zone 3 Zone 4 is also situated on the Nasir Bagh road.

Zone 5: It is situated opposite to DHA Peshawar where the western road of PRA will separate two roads.

Development Status

Regi Model Town has gained great reputation among the locals and investors and development in all zones has been completed expect some works in some zones. Here is the complete status of each zone development work

Zone 1

Development in Zone 1 has been stopped due to talks between the authorities for the construction of 4.5km road from Hayatabad to Jamrood Road.

Zone 2

Zone 2 has developed steadily and is one of the developed zones in the housing scheme

Zone 3

Zone 3 is most developed of all zones and the development in the zone is complete. This zone has equipped with top educational institutions, hospitals, parks, and playgrounds for the families. Right now, there are approximately 350 families living in this zone.

Zone 4

The development status in the Zone 4 is about 85% and approximately 70 families are enjoying the facilities in the zone.

Zone 5

There are light issues in the Zone 5 on which the authorities are currently working on it and after the construction of the western road, this zone will get most of the benefit.
