Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has planned a landmark real estate project in Lahore; Twin Towers Lahore. The project will be built in central Lahore on Jail Road. The venture will be based on a private partnership. LDA will give the land, while the private partners will develop and deal with the rest of the project. It is expected that once the firms are finalized, development work will begin in October 2017.

Twin Towers will be built on around 19 Kanals of Land on Jail Road. The structures will have G+25 floors. According to LDA, Twin Towers will be amongst the biggest commercial hubs of Lahore. The place will have offices, commercial centers, showrooms, cinemas, and rooftop restaurants. After completion, these towers will be among the tallest structures of Lahore.

Twin Towers Lahore have state of the art planning. The architecture is a blend of Islamic and Colonial features which is the uniqueness of Lahore. The structures will have parking zones, lobbies, wide stairs and corridors, fast lifts, fire exits, air conditioning, quake resistance, firefighting system, WIFI, and exquisite finishes.

The Punjab Government has directed LDA to already start working on the Lahore Master Plan 2042 and Twin Towers are a piece of this model. The master plan will guarantee that Lahore is among the world's leading cities regarding infrastructure development. According to LDA, numerous more structures will be developed in future.

Twin Towers are additionally the need of the hour as we have a limited land in Lahore. Lahore is the most densely populated city of Pakistan. The population density of the city is moving toward 7000 individuals/sq km. This project will open the door for the future development of highrise structures in Lahore, which will result in sparing the land for other critical projects like schools, universities, housing, etc.
