change decision to sell a property

    I've recently sold my house and got three months time to shift somewhere else. the house is in my possession right now but i've signed the deed. a month passed and I'm here with a confused state of mind just because I don't want to sell it now. the decision was made because i want some money back then but now everything is under control. please help me out of it. tell me what I need to do

    go and read the agreement so that you'll know what are the circumstances you will going to face if you void it

    it states that I have to pay 20 percent back the buyer 10% deposited amount plus 10% extra of the selling price

    Is there any way that this can be done without paying that 10 percent extra amount to the buyer?

    bro you have to pay that amount to the buyer. stop being selfish, its you who need money and sell it now again its you who do not want to, what about the buyer? whats wrong with you man its your moral obligation towards him and you are legally bound as well so there is no sae exit available for you.

    I'm 100 percent agree with faisal. @ abdullah there's is no way but to honour the words you have committed earlier. now you're bound to leave the house as per the commitment otherwise pay him the amount to avoid any litigation.

    I'm not being selfish at all. I'm an honourable man who always fulfils his commitments but at this point, I'm not in a position to pay extra amounts due to my financial condition. therefore asking advice on what to do?

    Oh sorry for that, in this case there's only one way to ask the buyer to let it go. explain everything to him and i am pretty much sure that he will listen and understand your condition.

    i was about to write the same words that you should talk to buyer about it. yeah its hard for him as well to leave a amount around 10 percent, which actually matters alot. but money is not all we need. so there is a possibility that he may understand your position otherwise my friend start arranging this amount as contigent planning.
