don't know much about the impact but can say that its a really great initiatitive by governmnet we should all support and encouraged everyone to pay taxes as a responsible citizen of pakistan.

agree with syed, but why not government applied taxes on agriculture land? since long its out of tax net and people have acres of agriculture property which is still exempted from tax.

according to me the prices will faced a down fall. pakistanis are not really in a habit of paying amount as tax so sooner you'll see that prices will goes down as well as the real estate business in pakistan. people will sooner moved to money market.

haha shuja bhai prices will never going down. how can you even think about it investors will never allow a decline in prices and to be honest they will definitely found another scheme fot this tax issue.

irfan bhai agree. politicians always cried over and complains about that no one pays the taxes nd there is no tax culture but in actual we are paying 42 % tax on recharging a simple 100 rs phone card. the food items and petrol is on the same line. there're so many indirect taxes still all they do is to complain about and fill their own pockets.
