Dear experts in comparison with the MPCHS societies, can Faisal Hills catch the investors? I think there are some issues related to locals & also to many lands is uneven if I am not wrong. if its true how much time I'll take to be fully developed?

I see bright future for Faisal Hills. The only concern which I have is "getting approval/ NOC from CDA"

Actually, this is a big project and they are launching it in phases like Bahria launch phase-8 in different sub-sectors and still launching.

Faisal Hills is have acquired sufficient land for plots of the first phase of their launch. yes, some land has to acquired by them and the process will continue over few years. And they will launching remaining sections subsequently.

Development work will be started in the end of Feb or March this year as per their promise.

Faisal Hills is not recommended. It is a long investment for 2/3 yrs. However, Residencia is good but due to the vicinity of Kashmir Highway, metro bus route, Fateh Jang Road, Motorway & New Airport made Faisal Town made very lucrative. B-block is very good for investment. I strongly recommend Faisal Town B-block.

Faisal Hills offers different sizes of residential plots including 5 marla, 7 marla, 10 marla, 12 marla, 1 kanal and 2 kanal and is still under construction.
