What is the status of PECH Housing Society? I am interested to buy a plot in K Block Do you suggest it’s a good investment in PECH?

Many plots in K-extension block have already been booked, so if you had been waiting to book something in PECHS on installment, this is your chance to get a small plot i.e. 5 & 7 marla at old prices. Once booking is closed, prices are going to revise again.

Apart from prime location and good access network of roads, PECHS Islamabad is the only developed society near New Islamabad Airport. More than 70% of the society has been given possession which includes A, B, C, D, E, F, K blocks.

PECHS is very good in terms of long term investment. Infact its location is excellent. Prices are stagnant and buying/selling is bit slow but in my opinion, this is very good time to hold some property in K or M block. Specially in K block as it has given the possession.

For those who are planning to buy plots for construction of their houses in K block should be pleased to know that this is the only housing society which has been approved by CDA, RDA, CAA, and NHA.

The society has been launched with an aim to provide residential and commercial plots at affordable and Reasonable prices along with all the modern facilities for its members.

You can buy in M block now on installments, very few plots left of 5 marla and 7 marla. 5 marla plots are available price 12 Lac with one year installment plan. That is the best investment time right now in the society.

More than 70% of the society has been given possession which includes A, B, C, D, E, F, K blocks, while part of F, G and H and M blocks do not have possession yet.

K block is not fully developed. Preferably buy a plot which is ready for possession even if it is a little more expensive.
