In present days cities are known for their amazing skylines. Almost all the countries have numerous tall buildings that exhibit the financial growth of the country and are a symbol of development. Like other countries, Pakistan also has many tall buildings.

Pakistan is one among the fastest developing countries of Asia. Pakistan is growing rapidly in many sectors may it be IT, industries or real estate development. There are many buildings in Pakistan that are touching the stature extremes. Karachi and Islamabad have the largest proportion of tall buildings where as Lahore possesses just a few.

Bahria Icon Tower (Karachi)

This is the highest building in Pakistan located on the coast of the Arabian Sea in Karachi. It includes 70 floors and has a tremendous height of 320 meters. This building is constructed over four-acres in Clifton Karachi. Mr. Malik Riaz, a famous construction tycoon owns this building.

The building consists of corporate offices, shopping malls, terrace located restaurants and residential apartments.

Bakht Tower (Karachi)

This is the second highest building in Pakistan located in Clifton Karachi. This building was completed in 2015 and encompasses 27 floors. The height of Bakht tower is 145 meters.

This tower is designed beautifully having dynamic views on one side and city panoramas on the other. The Building includes offices and living apartments. Lower and middle areas consist of retail and corporate offices respectively, whereas living apartments are on top. Each residential floor has four luxury apartments with panoramic views and double height green courts.

Ocean Towers (Karachi)

This beautiful building is located in the seaside area Clifton, Karachi and so presents a beautiful outside view. Ocean towers were previously known as The Sofitel Hotel Plaza.

The height of this building is 120 meters and its construction was completed in 7 years from 2007 to 2014. It has 30 floors. The total cost of this project was nearly about 7 billion Pakistani Rupees.

MCB Tower (Karachi)

Muslim commercial Bank is a multi-storied skyline located on Chundrigar Road, Karachi. The height of MCB tower is 116 meters. It has 29 floors that include corporate offices, restaurants, plant rooms and 3 basement floors that are utilized for parking.

Ufone Tower (Islamabad)

This beautiful high rise is situated in the lush blue area of Islamabad. Having a height of 113 meters, Ufone towers comprises 24 floors. Its construction was started in 2005 and was completed in 2011. Pakistan Telecommunication Trust built this skyline whereas design was given by Nespak.

Mainly there are offices in this building, but there is the possibility of some restaurants, gyms and other recreational services too.

Centaurus (Islamabad)

Centaurus a beautifully structured skyline, stands at a height of 110 meters and is located in the premises of Islamabad. This enormous building comprises of three skyscrapers which are connected to a shopping mall.

It has three buildings and each consists of 32 floors. The total cost of this project was 350 million dollars. This skyline includes shopping malls, corporate offices, residential apartments and 5-star hotels. This skyscraper was designed by a British architectural firm WS Atkins.

Center Point Tower (Karachi)

The Center point tower is built in Karachi. It has a height of 150 meters 492 feet. This building is located on Korangi Road, Karachi. It has 27 floors from which first 9 floors are utilized for car parking.

Bahria Town Tower (Karachi)

This beautiful tower was established in 2012 and is located on Tariq Road, Karachi. The total height of this building is 108 meters and has 27 floors. This high rise was constructed by Bahria Town private, a real estate company who has won 5 awards for being the largest real estate investor in Pakistan.

Mega G4 Corporate Tower (Karachi)

This tall tower lies in the localities of Karachi. The height of the Mega G4 corporate tower is same as Bahria Town tower e.g.;108 meters. This high rise has 27 floors which are utilized as corporate offices.

Arfa Software Technology Park (Lahore)

Arfa Tower usually known as IT Tower, is a beautiful building located in the premises of Lahore on Ferozpur Road. The construction of this skyscraper was completed in 6 years from 2006 to 2012. Technologically, Arfa tower is the largest IT tower in Pakistan specially in Punjab. The total height of this high rise is 106 meters. This building comprises 17 floors. The special thing about this skyline is that it is owned by the Punjab Information Technology Board.
