The prices for 5-marla and 10-marla plots are PKR 4,000,000 and PKR 7,000,000 whereas, the price for a 1-Kanal plot is 51,000,000. It’s also expected that these prices will rise soon.

People are very much invigorated to invest in Top City and it’s their interest that keeps the market active. The airport is planned to comprise of four packages.  The first package includes the construction of route between National University of Science and Technology (NUST) and Peshawar Morr.
